20:27 i'm a pig. i slept at 2am after coming back from jay's party and woke up at 9am to go for tuition. then i came back to sleep for another hr before lunch. rested for a while and went to nap from 230 to 530pm. pig right?hehe :D updates on ytd @ jay's hse... super fun!we have appetizers of mainly carrots and other veg. main course was sausages, lamb leg, potatoes and some beans, of which only the sausages are bought, the rest are cooked by chef jay :) not bad leh... baked and cooked with herbs. dessert was a log cake with pistachio ice cream. and he had white wine and a bottle of champagne that he won in a halloween party. now i'll let the pics do the talking...we did gift exchange too! haha... i got 4 mugs!!! and a lot of them got mugs too...haha...typical presents...     poor sheenyee got very red after drinking and we thot she was drunk, but in fact she was allergic to alcohol :P i'm still waiting for some pics from jay and i have yet to dl all the pics from my phone yet. lazy la... and i'm gg swimming tmr!!! haha..let's hope it's not gg to get too crowded :) Wednesday, December 26, 2007
20:19 dunno why i'm super tired today...woke up at noon.finished reading my storybook and off i go to watch ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS with my sis. i should have expected that it will be filled with little (irritating & noisy) kids since it's an animated film. haiz... luckily this is supposed to be a funny show so they laughed during the times they are supposed to, not anyhow... funny show after all, i just needed a little laugh in my life. but i'm still feeling empty inside.why? 19:59 MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! had lots of fun at lyly's house today! me chew and lyly first met at plaza singapura to buy the ingredients for the chocolate dark hearts that we were supposed to bake. right in a jiffy, we were done with shopping and went on to meet fel who was delayed due to the train delay. we spent our travelling time asking lyly all about her very much 'eventful' india trip that she had.laughed all the way to buangkok and ate her sis baked pasta! yummy! we even managed to clear the entire tray of the pasta after tt!  we then proceeded to bake our chocolate 'pudding'!!! we were a bit too generous with our fillings and they overflowed a little, but who cares?! it only indicated bigger servings :D  before going into the oven the finished product! the bakers!!!Monday, December 24, 2007
14:45 went for vjco dizi bbq on sat...nothing much happened,got to see the guys who have all became charcoal, well maybe with the exception of wenjie who seems to be the only one that stays unchanged. (and finally he went to set up an msn account after much scolding from us juniors...haha) we do have lots of food like the chicken wings, burgers patties, corn, bread, beehoon, bacon, tao pok (tt no one eats), hotdogs... played a little bit of game and left home :) going to lydia's house tmr to do baked pasta and there the christmas party on 29th @ jay's house! cool... 01:58 went to walk orchard with kristine today. after 5 hrs of walking, my back decided that it cannot take it anymore and it was aching like mad...but i managed to buy one nice blouse!! headed off to little india with jacq and kang to thread my brows...not so bad after all... went to newton food centre to meet vonn for dinner and managed to interrogate her about her new status!!! super funny i tell u! after which we mrt-ed down to clarke quay and rot by the river, plotting ways to roll or kick one another into the river or just lose balance on your own... so tired...yawns... 20:32 have been going out for the entire week since monday after the very brain exhausting fa exam... monday: ltb bbq @ rui's house tuesday: rest and at home to recover from the carbon i have consumed during the bbq wednesday: out to meet kristine (finally!) thursday: clique dinner with lyly,fel and chew!!! friday: wedding dinner (yummy) well...after so many days to fun, my wallet is more than a little empty...no choice but i think i will have to start calling up the mothers to resume the tuition...cant wait for tuesday to go eat sakae!!! |
